He has worked with major clients across oil and gas, petrochemicals, and manufacturing sectors in the US, Europe, Africa, and Australia. A decorated military veteran, Kirk achieved the rank of Captain in the US Army and deployed in Kosovo and Iraq. Kelly Kinghorn is a Senior Partner and Director of Delivery Excellence at ReVisionz, where he has helped clients integrate leading-edge technology solutions since joining in 2011. With over three decades of experience, Kelly began his career as a piping designer and field engineer before becoming a global deployment lead for Hexagon Solutions at Fluor. His extensive background spans major capital projects and long-term operations across process and manufacturing industries worldwide. At ReVisionz, Kelly specializes in consulting, business case development, digital transformation roadmap definition, and program implementation management, helping organizations turn engineering data into a strategic, long-term asset. Linus Hakimattar is a Partner and Strategy & Consulting Leader at ReVisionz, bringing over 30 years of experience across oil & gas, EPC, and technology environments. Holding a background in chemical engineering, Linus has built a career focused on improving how process industry organizations manage asset and process safety information. Since joining ReVisionz in 2012, he has played a central role in shaping the company's approach to digital asset enablement, leading large-scale programs from current state assessments through roadmap development and full implementation across complex, multi-site operations. Curtis Bookout is a Partner and Engineering Design Tools Practice Area Lead at ReVisionz, with over 30 years of experience leading complex, multi-year programs for EPCs and owner-operators across oil & gas, petrochemicals, mining, and manufacturing. For the past two decades, Curtis has specialized in the Hexagon suite, developing deep expertise in Smart 3D, SmartPlant Foundation, and related engineering tools. He designs and delivers robust 3D design environments that support concurrent engineering, engineering information management, and handover readiness. His hands-on technical knowledge, combined with a strong program management background, enables him to guide clients through some of the most demanding digital engineering transformation initiatives in the industry.

Rafael Ford is a Partner and Vice President of Finance at ReVisionz, overseeing finance, information technology, cybersecurity, and business continuity across North America. Since joining ReVisionz in 2019, Rafael has brought comprehensive expertise in corporate structuring, capital planning, and financial oversight developed across international markets including Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Mexico, Peru, and Russia. A seasoned finance and accounting professional, he has held senior leadership roles including CFO positions, giving him the depth and breadth of experience necessary to support a rapidly growing, cross-border organization. Jorie Arbuckle serves as Head of Corporate Services and Compliance at ReVisionz, leading contract management, human resources, and regulatory compliance functions across North America. With over 16 years of legal and operational experience, Jorie transitioned from a background in family and real estate law into corporate operations, bringing a rigorous, detail-oriented perspective to governance and compliance. At ReVisionz, she oversees contracts and compliance for a workforce of more than 200 employees and contractors across Canada and the United States, managing complex cross-border HR policy and governance initiatives. Kim Turner serves as PMO Lead and Chief of Staff at ReVisionz, heading the Project Management Office and supporting organizational operations since joining in 2023.
