Jorie Arbuckle is the Head of Corporate Services & Compliance at ReVisionz, where she leads the contract management, HR and regulatory compliance functions that support external client engagements and internal company business operations, helping keep the growing global consultancy running with structure and integrity.
She brings over 16 years of legal and operations experience, with a background in family and real estate law before transitioning into corporate operations. At ReVisionz, Jorie has overseen contracts and compliance for a workforce of more than 200 employees and contractors across Canada and the United States. She has also built processes that improved consistency, accountability and operational efficiency, and worked closely with senior leadership on strategic planning and business continuity.
In her current role, she leads contract negotiations, reviews and strengthens compliance frameworks, oversees cross-border HR policy and governance initiatives, and helps shape the systems and operational guardrails that support ReVisionz’ continued growth. She works closely with senior leadership to manage risk, drive consistency and ensure the business is positioned to scale with clarity and control.
Outside of work, Jorie is an avid sports fan and a devoted connoisseur of true crime documentaries.
