Kim Turner

Chief of Staff & PMO Practice Lead

Kim Turner leads the Project Management Office (PMO) at ReVisionz and serves as Chief of Staff, where she focuses on aligning strategy to execution across the organization. Her work brings structure to complex project environments by strengthening governance, improving visibility into priorities and supporting consistent delivery across teams. 

Since joining ReVisionz in 2023, Kim has built and expanded the PMO, establishing frameworks and processes that support effective project execution. She works closely with leadership to track progress, clarify direction and ensure initiatives move forward with purpose. 

Kim is a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner and is known for asking the right questions at the right time to uncover underlying issues. Her background in engineering and Asset Information Management (AIM) supports the technical work delivered to clients while helping teams stay organized and focused. 

She is also a founding member of ReVisionz’ Social Impact Committee, where she helps organize initiatives that give back to the community. 

Outside of work, Kim enjoys trail running and golf.
