Rafael Ford is a senior management, finance, and accounting professional with comprehensive business experience within Canada and internationally. As a Partner and the VP of Finance & Operations at Revisionz, Rafael oversees company operations to mirror the high level of accountability and efficiency offered to clients. This includes automation of key processes, having consistent data standards, and improving the delivery of projects.

He joined ReVisionz in 2019 and views his role as a work enabler, ensuring that work is done cost-effectively. Rafael’s background is in economics and accounting. His career has spanned the globe, from Canada, the US, the UK, Mexico, Peru, and Russia. Primarily, he has served as the CFO of different companies.

His greatest achievements have come through the development of effective communication across functional teams, strict adherence to corporate mission and vision, and tight budget and cost controls. Rafael aims to be highly adaptable and excels in both start-up organizations and established corporate entities.

Outside of work, Rafael has a pilot’s license and enjoys flying. He’s also interested in skiing, travel, and the wine industry.
