Principal, Talent Acquisition

As Principal of Talent Acquisition, Melodie leads hiring across Canada and the United States, working closely with leadership to ensure ReVisionz attracts and secures the talent needed to support client delivery and continued growth.  Her role includes building strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, developing talent strategies, strengthening employer brand and creating hiring practices that deliver a consistent and inclusive experience from first conversation through onboarding. 

Since joining ReVisionz in 2018, Melodie has shaped the structure behind talent acquisition by developing programs, processes and best practices that support consistent hiring. She also plays a key role in advancing people and organizational initiatives, including onboarding program development, role architecture and performance-based job design, while bringing market insight and talent perspective into workforce and compensation discussions. 

Melodie cares deeply about the workplace and candidate experience. From first interaction through onboarding, she focuses on creating an environment where people feel supported and confident in their decision to join the organization. 

A proud Calgarian, Melodie enjoys hiking and golfing outside of work.
