As Partner and Intelligent Asset Management (IAM) Practice Lead at ReVisionz, Philip Schachtner helps organizations connect asset strategy to real operational performance. With more than thirty-six years in maintenance, engineering and enterprise asset management, he brings an approach shaped by time spent both in plant operations and large transformation programs.
Philip works alongside client teams to strengthen asset registers, improve the quality of master data and develop asset management plans that support safer and more reliable operations. His career has taken him through metals, oil & gas facilities, power generation plants, mining operations, ports and heavy industrial environments where he has led asset management transformations and performance improvement initiatives.
He now leads multidisciplinary teams to identify business performance gaps, data gaps, remediate and migrate asset information and translate industry standards into practical operating frameworks that organizations can sustain over time. Philip is particularly passionate about turning complex asset data environments into clear foundations that support confident decision-making.
Outside of work, Philip enjoys hiking in the Alberta Rockies and experimenting with his 3D printers.
