Henry Adarighofua

Henry Adarighofua, P.Eng., is the Associate Partner for Intelligent Asset Management (IAM) at ReVisionz, where he leads teams that help asset intensive organizations strengthen their asset management programs and improve how critical asset information supports operational decision making. With nearly two decades of experience in heavy industry operations, he combines deep technical expertise with practical leadership and program delivery experience across operations, maintenance, reliability, and risk. 

Henry spearheads asset criticality and integrity programs that enable clients to identify their most critical equipment, quantify operational and safety risk, and prioritize operational and capital investments. His proficiency with platforms such as Maximo, SAP, Oracle, PCMS, VEERUM, etc. allows him to integrate asset data into operational systems, close information gaps, and establish standards that underpin long term asset management strategies and governance. 

Over his career, Henry has helped owner operators better understand and manage the risks associated with critical assets – evaluating failure impacts, performing operational risk assessments, and developing asset integrity, maintenance, and reliability strategies for complex brownfield and greenfield operations. He is known for translating technical detail into clear, actionable plans for leadership teams and frontline crews alike. 

Outside of work, Henry enjoys reading, playing Scrabble, and spending time with his family.
