Summary
ReVisionz supported a client struggling with a fragmented asset information environment that slowed teams, increased risk and drove unnecessary cost across the asset lifecycle. To address this, we led a foundational AIM program to bring structure to information management. Our team defined requirements, aligned standards and introduced future-state processes. Legacy standards were consolidated, a common data model was developed and workflows were established to support drawing and 3D model management.
This created a unified approach to standards, metadata and processes, improving data reliability and reducing inefficiencies while giving the client clearer direction to move forward with confidence. This alignment also positioned the client to assess and select an AIM solution aligned to long-term business needs, ultimately leading to the selection of SDx and continued implementation support by ReVisionz. Our leadership in this initial scope served as a catalyst for securing ongoing work, supporting the client’s continued AIM journey through technology implementation and long-term digital initiatives.
