Summary
A petrochemicals company engaged ReVisionz to support a long-standing Asset Care Program (ACP), addressing asset management, master data quality and material readiness. Several members of the team that previously helped establish this client’s ACP are now part of ReVisionz and continue supporting the organization through ongoing advisory and reliability services.
ReVisionz helped deliver the solution architecture guiding Maximo implementation, built mass data management tools for business users and completed BOM development for high-priority assets. Despite four changes in client sponsorship over six years, we remained the consistent advisor, preventing rework and sustaining progress toward a mature program.
