Change Enablement Practice Area Lead

Shauna McIntyre is the Change Enablement Practice Area Lead at ReVisionz, where she built the firm’s Change Enablement practice from the ground up by defining the methodologies, governance and delivery standards used across every engagement. She leads change strategy for major enterprise AIM implementations, partnering directly with client executives to prepare stakeholders for new digital tools and processes. 

With more than 25 years in IT management and organizational change leadership, Shauna spent nineteen years at Alliance Pipeline before moving into independent OCM consulting, leading transformation initiatives at organizations including Inter Pipeline, Nutrien, Cenovus and Trans Mountain. That mix of enterprise IT and hands-on change leadership shapes how she approaches every program at ReVisionz, connecting strategy to the practical work of getting people ready for change. 

Shauna is a PROSCI Certified Change Practitioner and holds a PMP certification, along with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Managerial Economics, earned with distinction.
