Inside the Webinar

This session is grounded in real project experience. A former owner-operator VP of Engineering shares what information handover looked like on billion-dollar capital projects, when issues surfaced and how those gaps carried into operations. The conversation focuses on where accountability breaks down and how to address it earlier.

Key Takeaways

Understand why handover failures are systemic and missed early.

Learn what the MIC+ role is and how it creates accountability.

Apply a five-question framework to assess readiness risk.

Identify where ownership breaks down across teams.

Hear the real operational and financial impact.

See what reliable project data should deliver.
