Rafael Ford is a senior management, finance and accounting professional with comprehensive business experience across Canada and international markets. At ReVisionz, Rafael oversees finance, information technology, cybersecurity and ensures business continuity across North America to reflect the same level of accountability and efficiency delivered to clients. This includes strengthening governance, advancing automation of key processes, improving data consistency and supporting the effective delivery of projects.

He joined ReVisionz in 2019 and views his role as a work enabler, ensuring the business operates in a cost-effective and controlled manner. Rafael’s background is in economics and accounting, and his career has spanned Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Mexico, Peru and Russia. He has held senior leadership roles, including CFO positions, with experience in corporate structuring, capital planning and financial oversight.

His greatest achievements have come through the development of effective communication across functional teams, alignment with corporate objectives and disciplined cost control. Rafael is highly adaptable and excels in both start-up organizations and established corporate environments.

Outside of work, Rafael has a pilot’s license and enjoys flying. He is also interested in skiing, travel and the wine industry.
