Henry Adarighofua

As an Associate Partner – Intelligent Asset Management, Henry Adarighofua, P.Eng., leads teams within ReVisionz to drive client success through the development and refinement of asset management programs. His extensive and diverse experience contributes to projects that enhance asset and data management for clients. With over eighteen years in heavy industry operations, Henry brings a wealth of technical expertise, team leadership, and project management skills.

Henry spearheads asset criticality programs to help clients make informed investment decisions and efficiently allocate resources to meet business goals. His proficiency with several software solutions including Maximo, SAP, Oracle, PCMS, and VEERUM, enables him to seamlessly transfer data and information into these systems, improving accessibility, closing identified information gaps, and establishing standards to define a strategic roadmap.

Henry built his career in operations and maintenance by providing owner-operators with the information they need to maintain critical assets and manage material risks. This includes calculating the costs of asset failure, measuring risks, and developing asset integrity plans. Henry also leads projects to establish maintenance and reliability processes, utilizing his extensive insights to identify new opportunities for improvement within a client’s systems.

Outside of work, Henry enjoys reading, playing Scrabble, and spending time with his family.
