Andrew Sheedy

Andrew Sheedy is an Associate Partner and AIM Solutions Practice Area Lead at ReVisionz. He helps process industry companies build stronger information systems and move forward in their digital maturity. With almost thirty years of experience in engineering design and project systems, he brings a global background that includes work on energy, petrochemical, mining and infrastructure projects. His focus is on creating reliable digital foundations that improve performance, strengthen compliance and support safe operations across the full asset lifecycle. 

Andrew specializes in Hexagon’s SmartPlant suite, with deep knowledge of Smart 3D, Smart Electrical and Smart P&ID. He has led major migrations, guided complex programs and built governance frameworks that make information accurate and accessible. Drawing on his roots in piping and plant layout, he combines technical expertise with program leadership to help clients align their systems with business priorities and achieve measurable results. 

At ReVisionz, Andrew leads initiatives that embed governance, prepare organizations for digital handover and create data environments that are ready for advanced analytics and future growth. He takes pride in keeping projects on track and delivering outcomes that last.  

Outside of work, Andrew is a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo and aims to continue training for his 4th Degree.
