Sean Rosier

Sean Rosier, Partner of Digital Enablement & Strategy at ReVisionz, collaborates with owner-operators to address challenges in reliability, maintenance and operational readiness. He works to embed operations, maintenance, mechanical integrity, process safety and reliability engineering into both capital project planning and routine operations, ensuring technology investments yield measurable improvements. 

With 27 years of experience, Sean brings a background in engineering, an MBA focused on operations, and leadership roles spanning consulting, field execution, service contracting and technical operations. He has led large-scale programs from concept through completion across oil & gas, mining, LNG, chemicals, food and beverage, steel and manufacturing. Recognized for his expertise in PSM, NDE inspection and reliability program development, Sean has also introduced new service lines, negotiated high-value contracts and driven process enhancements that deliver lasting impact.
