Nam Pham

As an Associate Partner and Digital Enablement Business Architect at ReVisionz, Nam leads large-scale digital programs that bring clarity to complex information environments. He helps organizations reduce risk, improve productivity and lower total cost of ownership by developing roadmaps that align with business capabilities and support the safe, on-time delivery of projects. His approach focuses on designing solutions that drive long-term ROI through strong user adoption and fit for purpose execution. 

Since joining ReVisionz in 2022, Nam has led front-end strategy engagements, managed major AIM programs and delivered engineering tool upgrades and integrations spanning AVEVA, Hexagon and other vendor platforms. He works across systems, software and business units to reduce friction and ensure alignment between tools and teams. With a background in computer science and IT, Nam brings deep technical fluency to his work, along with the ability to guide strategic change across diverse stakeholder groups and large-scale operations. 

His early experience in enterprise IT and AIM solutions gives him a systems-first lens on transformation. That perspective, combined with his consulting and operations leadership, enables him to design scalable architectures and lead cross-functional teams through lasting change.  

Outside work, he enjoys spending time with his family (Jen, Zach and Ernie), playing golf, badminton and following Formula 1, hockey and many other sports.
