As a Talent Acquisition Lead, Melodie plays a critical role for ReVisionz, helping recruit the highly skilled professionals required to make every client program successful. She has worked in a recruitment capacity across multiple organizations throughout her career and brings professional enthusiasm to her role.

She joined ReVisionz in 2018 and contributes to the policies, procedures, and programs that govern recruitment. Melodie is responsible for ensuring ReVisionz has the team members we need when we need them. Her focus on workplace culture and developing strategic plans for expanding the team is invaluable to our continued growth.

Melodie cares deeply about the workplace and candidate experience. From day one, she works to ensure that ReVisionz provides a positive experience for everyone who works here.

Beyond her work, Melodie prides herself as a Calgarian. She also enjoys hiking and golf.
