Summary

Over a multi-year engagement, ReVisionz partnered with this LNG operator to establish a unified AIM program that addressed critical gaps in data, standards and governance. Through structured phases, we delivered a business roadmap, minimum viable product (MVP) and content migration strategy that created a centralized tag and document registry in Hexagon SDx.

The program consolidated more than 300,000 tags and 800,000 documents, retired high-cost legacy systems, reduced licensing expenses and improved the accuracy of engineering information used in daily operations. It also introduced project execution workflows for auditing, work packaging and structured turnover. By aligning technology with business priorities, the client unlocked measurable cost avoidance, reduced risk of rework and improved the reliability of information handover across projects.
