We use the data to determine suitability for the role(s) for which you have applied and for future positions that may become available.

Facilitating a meeting regarding the positions you applied to and may include arranging phone, video, or face to face interview communications.

  • Revisionz Hiring managers or leaders responsible for the role.
  • ReVisionz internal HR or other Individuals performing administrative and IT support functions
  • Workable, which hosts and support the ReVisionz Applicant Tracking System and our video interview tool that records one-way interviews
  • Government officials where legal reporting requirements may exist

How long your personal data is retained.

If ReVisionz should give you a contract and / or permanent offer of employment, and you accept, any data of a personal nature  that we collected during the hiring process and throughout your employment will be retained by ReVisionz in accordance with the laws of the country in which you have been hired. If you are not hired, ReVisionz will retain and use the personal data collected during the process to consider you for other future employment opportunities that may arise.

We obtain information from you when you submit your resume, during the hiring process, when speaking with our Talent Acquisition team, as well as from professional networking sites where data is publicly available such as LinkedIn.
